1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ARCH Wellness Centre’s website, services, classes, and facilities. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Services

ARCH Wellness Centre provides:

  • Pilates classes

  • Strength & conditioning sessions

  • Recovery services 

  • Personal training

  • Specialist exercise programmes

All services are delivered in a safe, structured, and professional manner, but participation is at your own risk.

3. Health & Responsibility

By participating in any service, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to exercise, or

  • You have received clearance from a healthcare professional

You agree to:

  • Disclose any injuries or medical conditions

  • Follow all instructions given by staff

ARCH Wellness Centre is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

  • Failure to follow instruction

  • Undisclosed medical conditions

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system

  • Payment is required prior to attendance

  • Memberships are billed monthly (if applicable)

Prices may be updated with notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within [e.g. 12–24 hours]

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case

6. Memberships

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • A minimum commitment period may apply

  • Cancellation requires [e.g. 30 days’ notice]

7. Recovery Services Disclaimer

Recovery services (e.g. compression boots) are used at your own risk.

You must not use these services if you have:

  • Cardiovascular conditions (without clearance)

  • Pregnancy (unless approved)

  • Other contraindications

Staff guidance must be followed at all times.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCH Wellness Centre is not liable for:

  • Personal injury (except where caused by negligence)

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

9. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Respect staff and other members

  • Use equipment appropriately

  • Maintain hygiene standards

Failure to do so may result in removal from services.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify class schedules

  • Change instructors

  • Update services

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law.
